I am so grateful for the wonderful change I am experiencing in my life. It has been over a week now, and I still cannot find the pain, negative thinking, and wounding I had carried from my own Mother’s depression when I was a toddler and felt rejected. I’m not trying to bring it back. I just “try on” the old patterns of feeling and they don’t stick. Something has been permanently changed inside me. How can I ever thank you.
